About HighTide

The implementation matters as much as the idea.

HighTide AI is an agent design and implementation business founded by Matt Tremblay, based in Richmond, Rhode Island.

A practical relationship around the work.

Bring a business process, a product idea, or an agent that needs to work more reliably. HighTide’s approach connects design decisions to the tools, people, and constraints that determine whether a system is useful.

The work begins by asking what should happen, who is allowed to make it happen, and how we will know it worked. Sometimes the answer is an agent. Sometimes an existing software feature or ordinary automation is the better choice.

Before an engagement starts, we agree on the people responsible for delivery, the scope, and the support arrangements. You should know who handles a question or an exception after launch.

Working principles

Useful scope

Choose work with an owner, representative inputs, and a meaningful completion criterion.

Visible limits

Define permitted actions, human decisions, and what happens when the system is uncertain.

Honest evidence

Label demonstrations. Test actual outcomes. Publish client results only with evidence and permission.

Clear handoff

Agree access, custom deliverables, third-party dependencies, and operating responsibilities.

A useful next step

What would you put an agent to work on?
