Project inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email, project description, and any optional company or tool details you provide. It sends that information to HighTide through AgentMail so the team can respond. A hidden field helps filter automated submissions.
AI assistant conversations
When configured, the assistant sends recent messages to OpenRouter for a model-generated response. If the provider is unavailable, the website can return a scripted fallback. Do not enter passwords, confidential customer information, or other sensitive records.
Conversations with user messages may be sent to HighTide through AgentMail when the chat closes, the page exits, or the conversation is idle. If you submit the chat follow-up form, your contact details and conversation are sent together. Responses are generated by software and do not confirm a booking or project agreement.
Hosting and analytics
The site uses Vercel hosting. Vercel Analytics is enabled only for a production build that has been marked launch-ready. Hosting and service providers may process technical request information to operate their services. This preview does not enable analytics.
Questions and requests
Use the contact form to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or request deletion. We do not publish a fixed retention period here; ask the team about the handling of your specific inquiry before sharing sensitive information.
